Library Search “Everything” Results for novice users. I independently conducted user research and proposed redesigns to the search experience to help new students find credible sources quickly and easily.
Automate manual tasks. I reimagined the everyday utility of the Chevrolet Silverado EV by leveraging Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology to simplify repetitive, multi-step driver tasks.
Dark mode. I expanded the library's design system by developing and testing a dark mode option for the Library Search interface, creating an accessible and eye-strain-reducing alternative for late-night research.
Library Search GenAI Chatbot. I led the design and testing of a proof-of-concept prototype to transform search into a conversational experience, which directly influenced senior leadership’s decision to greenlight resources for full product development.
